Pasta

The delivered Pasta range is composed by integrating simple to digest sugar syrups and gelatin alongside some natural flavors. These are first formulated in a huge batch that passes through an extruder to the molding station, where they are shaped and coated with either powdered sugar or corn starch to protect the candies from sticking together. Once the pasta shapes are formed and processed through the food systems, they are transferred to a weighing machine that measures equal amount of candies for every pack. This process for our Pasta range is continuously repeated for every variant that we are offering to the customers.
